ELLIOTT Kemmet

Clinical Social Worker, BSW, MSW, RSW

As an experienced counsellor, I have the great privilege of helping others discover insight and clarity in their lives to take action towards greater health and wellbeing. It is human to struggle. We all have our ups and downs and being isolated in our emotional experience can just make it worse. I am here to offer a warm and supportive environment to explore your concerns and achieve improvement in psychological, physical, spiritual and relational well-being.

In therapy, my aim is to foster an environment where you experience empathy, connectedness and acceptance. Through the process of exploring your deepest values and needs, I seek to empower you to heal from emotional wounds and reach greater meaning, purpose and fulfilment in life.

If you are feeling ready to start your therapeutic journey or even a little unsure about the process, feel free to contact me to book an appointment or to explore any questions you might have.

Zac Rhodenizer

Registered Psychologist, M.Ed., B.A./B.Ed.

Zac has been practicing since 2011. His therapeutic approach comes from a belief that we are often unaware of what is actually ailing us psychologically and it is through the 'here and now' of therapy that this awareness can be achieved. Anxiety and depression require exposure to the mental blocks and fears that restrict our growth and this can be uncomfortable but necessary in order to truly progress.
